April 1-6, 2027 | holistika, tulumThe Return Retreat: Tulum, Mexico
What to ExpectThe Return is a women’s wellness intensive retreat— It’s a space to return to yourself.
Over the course of our time together in Tulum, you’ll be invited into a carefully held experience of slowing down, turning inward, and reconnecting with the parts of yourself that may have been asking for your attention. The intention is to find or return to the home inside of yourself.
❋ A deeply intentional experienceYou can expect a blend of guided therapeutic-informed practices, creative expression, nervous-system regulation, spiritual practices, reflection, ritual, and meaningful connection.
Through artmaking, embodied practices, guided reflection, and trauma-informed experiences, we’ll create space to explore what you’re ready to release, what you’re ready to reclaim, and what you want to carry forward.
There is no pressure to share, perform, or “do the work” in any particular way. You are invited to participate at the level that feels right for you.
❋ Space to slow downLife rarely gives us much room to pause.
This retreat is an opportunity to step outside of your usual roles and responsibilities and create enough spaciousness to actually hear yourself.
There will be structured experiences as well as unstructured time to rest, wander, swim, journal, be in nature, or simply do nothing.
You don't have to maximize this experience. You get to receive it.
❋ Creative and embodied practicesYou don't need to consider yourself an artist—or have any experience with art—to participate.
We’ll use creativity as a pathway into experiences that can be difficult to access through words alone. Art-making, movement, breath, sensory experiences, and body-based reflection may help you notice what your mind knows, what your body remembers, and what you may be ready to change.
❋ Meaningful connectionYou’ll share this experience with a small group of a total of twelve women who are also creating space for themselves.
There will be opportunities for authentic conversation, witnessing, shared reflection, and connection—but no forced vulnerability.
❋ come exactly as you areYou don't need to arrive healed.
You don't need to have everything figured out.
You don't need to be ready to let go of everything.
Just come willing to pause, listen, feel, create, and reconnect.
This is your return.
❋ RITUAL and integrationRather than simply talking about what you want to change, we’ll create tangible experiences that mark the transition.
Through intentional ritual and reflection, you’ll have an opportunity to acknowledge where you’ve been, honor what you’ve moved through, and consciously choose what comes next.
The goal isn't to leave Tulum with a perfectly mapped-out life. It’s to leave feeling more connected to yourself, more grounded in what you know, and more clear about where you want to go from here.

Lexi Morgan, LMFT, ATR-BC
Dr. Lexi Morgan is a licensed marriage and family therapist, board-certified registered art therapist, EMDR and IFS practitioner. She holds a doctorate in Art Therapy Psychology and her yoga teacher certification that allows for a deeply integrative approach to healing that honors the wisdom of the mind, body, creativity, and spirit.
Her trauma work grew from a belief that art gives the body a voice. Through art, somatic practices, and embodied exploration, Lexi creates experiences that invite people to move beyond simply understanding their stories and begin to experience themselves differently.
Her professional work is grounded in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and art therapy, while her own path has continued to expand beyond traditional therapeutic frameworks. She is currently pursuing her Reiki certification and engaging in shamanic studies, deepening her exploration of energy, ritual, spirituality, and the ways ancient ways of knowing.
Her work is also grounded in cultural humility and the understanding that healing does not happen in isolation. Lexi considers the ways our relationships, communities and ancestral experiences shape the ways we understand ourselves and move through the world.
Lexi brings both clinical depth and a sense of curiosity and reverence to her work. She believes that we carry an innate knowing beneath our everyday roles, expectations, and old patterns—and we just need intentional space to hear it.

Jessica Morneault, LCSW
Jessica is a trauma therapist, EMDR and IFS practitioner, and founder of Jessica Sandra Integrated Wellness. She holds certifications in Kundalini breathwork and yoga and is currently deepening her spiritual studies within the yogic tradition.
Jessica offers a holistic, trauma-informed approach to healing that honors the interconnectedness of the mind, body, spirit, and lived experience. She also creates container for exploring spirit guides and ancestors, as well as the legacy and cultural burdens we may carry across generations. Through this integrative work, Jessica supports individuals in reconnecting with themselves, tending to the parts of them that need healing, and creating greater movement, meaning, and wholeness in their lives.
At the heart of Jessica’s work is the belief that we each have an innate capacity for healing, resilience, and self-leadership—and that sometimes what we need most is the right space, support, and permission to access it.
At the retreat, Jessica will bring her unique blend of trauma-informed, somatic, IFS, and spiritual wisdom to help create an experience that is both deeply grounded and expansive.
